Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below, unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 999j website accessible at https://999j.cam, including all associated mobile-optimized pages, subdomains, and services operated thereunder.
• "Member" / "You" means any natural person who has successfully completed the 999j account registration process and whose account has been approved.
• "Account" means the individual registered profile created by a Member on the Platform, containing personal details, transaction history, balance information, and preferences.
• "Balance" means the sum of funds held in a Member's 999j account, comprising real-money deposits and credited bonuses (where applicable and subject to separate bonus terms).
• "Bonus Funds" means any non-cash promotional credits, free bets, or cashback amounts credited to a Member's account pursuant to a specific 999j promotion.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process conducted by 999j in accordance with its player protection and anti-fraud obligations.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum cumulative betting turnover a Member must achieve before Bonus Funds may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any real-money stake placed by a Member on any sports market, live casino game, slot title, or other wagering product available on the Platform.
• "Restricted Activity" means any conduct expressly prohibited under Clause 8 of these Terms & Conditions.
• "IDR" / "Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency in which transactions on the Platform are denominated and processed.

To register and maintain an active account on 999j, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must be at least 21 years of age. 999j strictly enforces a 21+ policy. Providing false information about your age to circumvent this requirement constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure with forfeiture of all balances.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited for you personally under applicable local law.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of a 999j employee or contractor.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Platform, whether voluntarily through self-exclusion or as a result of a disciplinary action by 999j.

3.1 Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on 999j at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a Restricted Activity under Clause 8.

3.2 When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You must ensure that this information remains accurate and up to date at all times. Any material changes must be reported to 999j's support team promptly.

3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 999j will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account that results from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

3.4 If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorized person, you must notify 999j's customer support team immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. 999j reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account suspected of unauthorized access pending investigation.

3.5 999j reserves the right to refuse any account registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason for refusal.

4.1 All Members are required to complete identity verification (KYC) before making their first withdrawal. 999j may, at its discretion, require KYC completion before any deposit or betting activity is permitted.

4.2 KYC verification requires the submission of the following documents:

• A clear, legible copy of a valid government-issued photo ID — an Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk) is the preferred primary document.
• Proof of residential address — a recent bank statement or utility bill dated within the last 3 months, showing your name and address.
• A selfie photograph of yourself holding your KTP beside your face, confirming that the document belongs to you.

4.3 KYC requests are typically processed within 1–4 business hours during WIB (Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7) business hours. Complex cases may take up to 24 hours. Members will be notified by email upon successful verification.

4.4 999j reserves the right to request additional documentation at any point during a Member's account lifecycle, including prior to processing any withdrawal, as part of ongoing compliance obligations.

4.5 Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or the temporary restriction of betting activity.

5.1 All deposits and withdrawals on 999j are denominated and processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). 999j does not currently support deposits or withdrawals in foreign c urrencies.

5.2 999j supports deposits via the following Indonesian banking and e-wallet channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed during the deposit process and may vary by payment method.

5.3 Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation by the payment provider, typically within 1–3 minutes for e-wallet transfers and 5–15 minutes for bank transfers.

5.4 Withdrawals may be requested by any KYC-verified Member who has a positive real-money balance. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received, subject to the following conditions:

• The Member's account must be fully KYC-verified.
• Any active Bonus Funds and associated Wagering Requirements must be satisfied before the withdrawal can be processed (see Clause 6 for bonus terms).
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the Member's own legal name, as verified during KYC.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

5.5 Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. Most withdrawals to BCA and BRI are processed within 15 minutes during WIB business hours. Withdrawals initiated outside business hours or on Indonesian public holidays may experience delays of up to 24 hours.

5.6 999j does not charge platform-side withdrawal fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose its own transaction fees; these are beyond 999j's control.

5.7 999j reserves the right to limit or refuse a withdrawal request if fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms & Conditions is suspected. In such cases, 999j will notify the Member and conduct an investigation before making a final determination.

6.1 999j may, at its discretion, offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and other incentives to Members ("Bonuses"). Bonuses are subject to specific terms & conditions published at the time of each promotion.

6.2 All Bonuses are subject to Wagering Requirements, which specify the minimum cumulative turnover you must achieve before Bonus Funds can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. Wagering Requirements are expressed as a multiple of the Bonus amount (e.g., "20x bonus" means you must wager the bonus amount 20 times before it becomes withdrawable).

6.3 Contributions toward Wagering Requirements vary by game type. Typical contribution rates are as follows:

6.4 Bonuses typically have an expiry date (e.g., 7 days, 14 days, or 30 days from the date of crediting). Unused Bonus Funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited if Wagering Requirements are not met before the expiry date.

6.5 Unless explicitly stated in a promotion's terms, only one Bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Accepting a new Bonus forfeits any existing active Bonus and its associated balance.

6.6 999j reserves the right to void any Bonus, rescind winnings, and/or close an account if it determines that a Member has abused or attempted to abuse any Bonus in breach of these Terms or the specific Bonus terms. Examples of Bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same Bonus multiple times; engaging in arbitrage betting strategies; or otherwise acting in bad faith to exploit promotional offers.

7.1 All sports bets placed on 999j are governed by the official results as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA for football, FIBA for basketball). 999j uses these official results to settle all wagers unless otherwise stated in the specific market rules.

7.2 If a match or event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before its natural conclusion, 999j will apply the default settlement rules published on the Platform for that sport. Typically, pre-match bets on abandoned matches are voided (stake returned), while live in-play bets are settled on the outcome at the time of abandonment where possible.

7.3 For live casino games, all game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or by the physical result of live-dealer games broadcast in real time. 999j does not influence, manipulate, or alter game outcomes in any way.

7.4 In the event of a technical malfunction affecting any game (RNG failure, dealer error, stream disconnection), the affected round or bet may be voided at 999j's sole discretion. Members will be refunded their original stake for voided bets.

7.5 Maximum winnings per single bet or per single game round may apply, depending on the game or market. These limits are published in the specific game rules or market information and are applied at settlement.

7.6 999j reserves the right to cancel or refuse any bet at any time if it suspects fraudulent activity, technical error, or breach of these Terms & Conditions. Members will be notified of any such cancellations, and stakes will be returned where appropriate.

8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on 999j. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances (including winnings), and permanent exclusion from the Platform:

• Multiple Accounts: Creating or using more than one account per individual.
• Identity Fraud: Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Members to manipulate outcomes or exploit vulnerabilities in games or markets.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematically exploiting odds discrepancies across multiple platforms to guarantee profit with no risk.
• Bonus Abuse: Abusing promotional offers through multiple accounts, coordinated play, or other bad-faith strategies.
• Automated Betting (Bots): Using software, scripts, or automated tools to place bets or play games on your behalf.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to launder funds, conceal the proceeds of crime, or finance illegal activity.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or e-wallet provider for a legitimate deposit transaction. Members who initiate chargebacks will have their accounts suspended and may be reported to payment fraud prevention networks.
• Hacking / Exploits: Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, exploit vulnerabilities, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the Platform.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward 999j staff or other Members.

9.1 999j is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting Members from the potential harms associated with excessive gambling. All Members are encouraged to gamble responsibly and within their means.

9.2 999j provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible at any time through your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Increases to deposit limits require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum net loss thresholds per day, week, or month.
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic logout after a specified session duration.
• Reality-Check Reminders: Enable periodic on-screen notifications showing session duration and net result.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently close your account. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your account or place any bets. Attempts to open a new account during self-exclusion will result in closure of the new account and forfeiture of any funds.

10.1 All content on the 999j platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and the overall design and layout of the site — is the property of 999j or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

11.1 999j provides the Platform and its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 999j disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11.2 999j does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You acknowledge that internet-based services are subject to technical issues beyond 999j's control, including server downtime, network congestion, and connectivity interruptions.

11.3 In no event shall 999j, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, or licensors be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if 999j has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.4 999j's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the lesser of: (a) the total amount deposited into your account during the 12 months immediately preceding the claim; or (b) IDR 10,000,000 (ten million Indonesian Rupiah).

11.5 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit 999j's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12.1 You may close your account at any time by contacting 999j customer support. Upon account closure, you may withdraw any remaining real-money balance, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any active Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon account closure.

12.2 999j reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• 999j suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any Prohibited Conduct as defined in Clause 8;
• You fail to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe;
• 999j determines that your continued use of the Platform poses a risk to the integrity, security, or legal compliance of the service;
• You initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or e-wallet provider for a legitimate deposit transaction.

12.3 Upon account suspension or termination by 999j, any real-money balance may be withheld or forfeited if 999j determines that the balance was obtained through fraudulent or Prohibited Conduct. In cases where no fraud is found, 999j will return the real-money balance to the Member after deducting any amounts owed to 999j (including but not limited to disputed chargebacks, reversed transactions, or administrative costs).

12.4 999j is under no obligation to provide a detailed explanation for account suspension or termination decisions, though it will typically notify the Member of the general reason where appropriate.

13.1 999j reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform unless otherwise specified.

13.2 Material changes to these Terms & Conditions will be communicated to Members via email notification and/or a prominent notice on the Platform homepage. Members are encouraged to review these Terms & Conditions periodically.

13.3 Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your account in accordance with Clause 12.1.

14.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international online gaming industry standards and best practices. 999j operates under an international gaming license and adheres to internationally recognized principles of fair gaming, player protection, and data privacy.

14.3 If an informal resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be escalated to 999j's management for formal review. 999j will conduct a thorough investigation and provide a written response within 14 business days of receiving the escalated complaint.

14.4 If the Member remains dissatisfied with 999j's resolution, the Member may refer the matter to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service, details of which will be provided upon request.
